New 100,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Plant to Open in Milwaukee

Ludman Industries, a world leader producing the highest quality Compactors, Granulators Flaking & Shredding Mills based in Muskego, Wisconsin, announces it will be moving its entire operation to a new state-of-the-art 100,000 sq. ft. plant in Milwaukee by the end of the year. The new plant will be approximately twenty miles from its current location in Muskego. This new plant will be located at 4810 North 124th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53225. The sale of this property was handled by Dickman & Company and Cassidy Turley Barry represented Ludman Industries.
Servicing the mining, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and wastewater industries for over 50 years, this new plant will offer a state-of-the-art manufacturing, machining and assembly facility and testing lab. This move will enable Ludman Industries to expand its office and manufacturing space and grow its workforce.
